Pricing and Policy: (All Prices are %5 GST included)
Single Driving Lesson Rates:
1 Driving Lesson Session of 120 minutes driving lesson for $140
- Each 120-minute driving lesson consists of a minimum of 105 minutes of in-car practical driving (includes pick-up and drop-off) and 15 minutes of review.
Package Rates:
Starter : 3 Driving Lesson Sessions of 120 minutes driving lesson for $405
Booster : 6 Driving Lesson Sessions of 120 minutes driving lesson for $790
Booster Plus: 6 Driving Lesson Sessions of 120 minutes driving lesson + 1 Road Test Package for $970
- Each 120-minute driving lesson consists of a minimum of 105 minutes of in-car practical driving (includes pick-up and drop-off) and 15 minutes of review.
- Note: All lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Road Test Packages:
Road Test Package: Car Rental includes student pick up/drop off and 80-90 minutes warm up. (3 hours in total) $190
- In the event of an accident or any damage during the road test, the driver is responsible for all damages and must fully compensate Peiman Driving School Ltd.
- Students must bring two pieces of valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, birth certificate, PR card, BC ID and work/study permit(if applicable)) and their driver's license.
- Students must bring sufficient funds to cover ICBC road test fees and other associated costs.
Road Test Booking Service:
Students can book road tests through ICBC.com or request our school to book for free per reservation or $50 per change.
- A consent form is required for road test bookings.
- Missed appointments without 72-hour notice will incur additional ICBC fees as well.
Additional Passengers:
We allow a maximum of 1 additional person in the vehicle during the lesson for the purpose of observation.
Presenting Original Driver's License:
Students must present a valid BC Driver’s License (7L, 7N, 5, ..) before any lesson. Failure to do so will result in lesson cancellation without the option to reschedule.
Payment Policy:
Payments are due before the driving lesson or road test session.
Refund and Cancellations Policy:
- There will be no refund for lessons that have already taken place.
- If a package is purchased, unused lessons will be refunded (used lessons will be charged at the regular rate, and the balance will be refunded).
- Refund requests must be made in writing to Peiman Driving School via email (info@peimandrivingschool.com) or by text to (604) 339-9702 or (236) 688-3785.
- Once the refund has been requested, the refund may take up to 5 business days to be processed. The refund will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed to between the customer and Peiman Driving School.
- The school may cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or poor road conditions. Students will be notified promptly, and the lesson will be rescheduled.
- Lessons may be canceled without a refund if the student is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they use abusive or aggressive language.
- Cancellations must be communicated 48 hours in advance via email (info@peimandrivingschool.com) or by text to (604) 339-9702 or (236) 688-3785.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the lesson will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged the full amount.
- NOTE: For cancelling a road test appointment made by the school, we require 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give (Driving School) 72 hours notice may result in a late cancellation fee being charged by ICBC as well.
Late Fees:
- If a student fails to show up or is more than 30 minutes late, the lesson will be charged in full without a refund or rescheduling.
Code of Conduct:
- Students must treat instructors and staff with respect. Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may result in course cancellation without a refund.
- Service will be denied to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol without a refund.
- Students should be dressed appropriately for lessons (e.g., proper shoes, and glasses if needed).
Liability and Insurance
-All training vehicles are insured in accordance with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) requirements for driver training schools.
-In the event of an accident or incident during a driving lesson or road test, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable laws, ICBC insurance policies, and fault assessment.
-Students may be held responsible for damages, including applicable insurance deductibles or uninsured portions, only where such damages result from their negligent, unlawful, or reckless actions, and to the extent permitted under ICBC insurance coverage and British Columbia law.
-Peiman Driving School Ltd. is not responsible for personal property left in the training vehicles.
-However, the student will not be held liable for any mechanical issues or damages that result from regular wear and tear, or from maintenance neglect by the driving school.In-Car Camera:
We use in-car cameras in our training vehicles. These cameras are installed for safety and security reasons. The recordings will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing evidence in the event of an accident or incident. We respect your privacy and assure you that these recordings will not be shared or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.By enrolling in our driving school, you acknowledge and agree to our policies.
